Level 2 offenders are required to register for twenty-five years following expiration of their sentence. Level 1 offenders are required to register for fifteen years following expiration of their sentence. The registration time period for Level 1 and 2 offenders whose conviction is from another jurisdiction, begins from initial registration date in Oklahoma. The Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry provides information to the public and law enforcement in the interest of public safety.
