CLEET grants certification to candidates who successfully complete its training program. The minimum age for training is 21, and a high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
Each candidate must be commissioned or appointed by his employer, and he must undergo a psychological evaluation before filing the application forms for CLEET training. Candidates must also pass Cleet ada ok readiness and reading, writing and comprehension tests before they are admitted to the CLEET training academy. Applicants who have been involuntarily committed to a state mental hospital are not eligible for CLEET training. Conviction for a felony, any crime of moral turpitude or domestic violence charges also disqualifies candidates.
